Today is snake feeding day. People love to watch them eat, including us keepers. With it getting cooler at night, some of the snakes are a little slower to eat. It took our kingsnake several times, but he finally ate both his mice. This week we fed our smaller snakes, next Friday our bigger snakes and the smaller snakes will eat. Their winter slumber is nearing so they won’t be eating much longer.
