Here Comes the Bride!

The Chattanooga Nature Center is an ideal facility to provide a natural, memorable setting for your wedding. We offer multiple options for the wedding and reception sites (depending on the size of your group and the desires of the bride and groom), and have provided the perfect setting for many couples!

Prices: $850 for facility rental - including a one-hour rehearsal the night before the wedding.

Rehearsal dinner: $100 for the first hour and $25 for each additional hour. Additional fees may be added if the caterer needs to cook the wedding dinner at our facility for more than two hours.
$100 deposit required when date is set on our calendar with the remainder due the day of the event.
The bride and groom will receive a one year family membership to CNC.

Capacity: 100 guests - parking lot will hold about 68 cars

CNC can provide 75 chairs and 8 six-foot tables

Wedding sites: the lawn behind the visitor center, the back porch area, other property areas or the Treehouse for smaller weddings

There are no weddings allowed in the Wanderland which will be closed during the event

Reception sites: the back porch area, the Treehouse and adjoining boardwalk, the boardwalk area beginning at the parking lot to the fire pit, the backyard

The library is available as a changing area for the wedding party.
The kitchen and auditorium are available for the caterer’s set up area.
We allow alcoholic beverages, music, and other reception niceties.
We do not provide sound equipment or extension cords, lighting, or candles.
No pets please.

A staff member will be available to direct the wedding participants as to the location of tables, chairs, trashcans, etc. Our staff will not set up tables or chairs, decorate, or baby-sit; we will, however, help with parking as the guests arrive.

Our staff will help with a reasonable amount of the clean up, but the wedding participants will try to make the best effort to “leave no trace.” We will provide two trashcans and recycling containers for all recyclable items. Any additional garbage removal is the responsibility of the wedding participants.
