Our Barn Owls came from a rehab center in Arizona that specializes in Barn Owls. Both Barn Owls are females and have partial wing amputations. The lighter faced one was a surrogate mother to many Barn Owl chicks who had lost their mother. Barn Owls are threatened in Tennessee. Our birds live in an off exhibit education mews, but can be seen around the center in classes or just taking a walk. They enjoy 2 mice each 6 days per week.
