Our groundhog came to us in Fall 2008 from a nearby rehabilitator who helped him through one illness and a bobcat attack. He is healthy, happy and the star of many classes. In the winter, he spends time inside and in the warmer months, he resides in an outdoor enclosure. Groundhogs are also known as woodchucks, whistle pigs and land beavers.
